How do I care for my artwork?

To keep your original artwork looking its best, avoid direct sunlight and humidity. Our canvas prints are durable and moisture resistant. They can be placed in a bathroom or kitchen. They can be given a light wipe down with a damp cloth.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our collection, select the artwork or print you like, choose your preferred size, and add it to your cart. You can then proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing times vary depending on where you live. You can expect two to three weeks for arrival of fine art prints. For original art you can expect delivery within two weeks.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible info@luminaarthub.com. Once the order has been placed with the printer, we will not be able to make changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a range of payment options, including major credit cards, PayPal, and selected installment payment services. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping information?

If you realize there’s a mistake in your shipping address, contact us immediately to correct it info@luminaarthub.com. If the item has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address, and additional shipping charges may apply.

What are fine art print shipping times?

We offer free UPS ground shipping within Canada and United States. Allow two to three weeks for printing and shipping. If you wish expedient shipping email us at info@luminarthub.com for a quote prior to purchasing your fine art print.

What are Original Artwork shipping times?

We ship original artwork within Canada and United States with UPS ground shipping. You can expect shipping times between 10 days and two weeks depending on the artwork availability, artist location and shipping location.

What is the costs to ship Original Artwork?

We ship original artwork within Canada and United States with UPS ground shipping. Shipping and packaging costs vary from $100 to $300 depending on the size of the original artwork.

Is Expedited Shipping available?

Yes expedited shipping is available on special request. Allow one to two days response time. Email us at info@luminaarthub.com prior to placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping! Please email us prior to purchasing your artwork at info@luminaarthub.com for a quote on your shipping costs.

Refunds & Returns

Can I return or exchange my print purchase?

While all our print order are custom printed for you we do offer a seven day return policy on fine art prints. The artwork needs to be returned in its original packaging and must not be damaged. A refund will be processed three to four days after receiving your returned artwork. There will be not refund on damaged artwork.

Can I return or exchange my original artwork purchase?

We do not offer a return or exchange policy on original artwork. All purchase are final.

What if my fine art print or original artwork arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately info@luminartwork.com. Send us a picture of the damaged packaging and artwork. We will offer a full refund on artwork damaged during shipping.

What is your gift card return policy?

All gift card purchases are final and can not be returned. Gift cards can be used to purchase original artwork as well as fine art prints.
